A GENETIC ALGORITHM FOR A MULTIOBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION MODEL FOR PARTNER SELECTION IN VIRTUAL ENTERPRISE

  • The problem of partner selection in virtual enterprise is described and a multiobjective optimization model is proposed based on the new product development project that is organised by activity network. The objective is, by selecting the optimal combination of partners, to minimize project's failure risk and project's completion time. By using a genetic algorithm with self-adaptive shift line technique, the whole set of Pareto solutions is found. Simulation results show the algoritm's efficiency.
