WETROLOGICAL STATISTICAL RESEARCH ON AUTHORS AND PAPERS ABOUT THE KEY JOURNAL IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION AND CONTROL—"INFORMATION AND CONTRIL"

To let readers and authors of periodical "Information and Control" know its current situation, statistic analysis about the papers published in the periodical from 1989 to 1998 is made using literature metrological method. Some results such as the regions of papers and their authors, age and sex structure of the authors, average number of authors per paper, active author groups and variation of new authors, publishing period and foundation structures of the papers are obtained. Some comments about these statistic results are also given.
