An Application of the Orthogonal Gaussian-Hermite Moments

In this paper,we analyze some properties of orth ogonal Gaussian-Hermite moments,point out its application and present a method that automatically decides the optimal parameter of orthogonal Gaussian-Hermite moments for detecting the moving objects.Finally,some comparisons of experimental results are reported,which show good performance of our method.
