AN APPROACH OF OPTIMAL PRODUCTION DECISION FOR ROLLING MILL IN CIMS

This paper describes the characteristics of rolling production line based on Anshan rolling mill and also presents three different optimal approaches to production decisions which include order driven, market driven and their hybrid. Because of only three approaches used for rolling mill plant. These approaches will be valuable and referential in implementation of CIMS.
