A Stability Criterion for Linear System with Constant Complex Coefficients

On the basis of references〔10,12〕,a new stability criteiron for linear system with constant complex coefficients has been given.The recursion formula used manipulates the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial by the four basic arithmetic operations in a way that it is simple to implement on computer.The calculation canquickly find out how the internal parameters and their connection affect the system's behaviour and we are able to adjust them to ensure the stability.
