STABILITY CRITERIA FOR TIME-DELAY SYSTEMS WITH UNCERTAINTY

Using comparison theorem and some properties of the matrix norm and the matrix measure,the paper provides several stability conditions for single and symmetric composite uncertain delay systems.The results show that the systems from which the delays are removed must be sufficiently stable to ensure the stability for the systems with delays.The paper also presents the delay-dependent type stability condition for the composite systems.The norm of the uncertain matrix of the systems are constrained.
