Research on Optimization Method and Application for Production Planning of Process Industries Based on Mass Customization

Considering the characteristics of the production process of the process industry based on mass customization, the optimization method for production planning of process industry company which carries out mass customization is studied.By combining the market forecast with the feedback parameters of sale production,changing the push planning system to the push-pull planning system,and getting the fast and sensitive feedback mechanism,the closed-loop planning system is obtained.It is demonstrated with an application example that the planning precision,production burden and inventory states are improved greatly after using the optimized planning system.
