A DEVELOPING METHOD FOR HYBRID EXPERT SYSTEM IN WELDING PRODUCT QUALITY DIAGNOSE

  • On the basis of collecting the professional knowledge, experts experience and the principle of expert system, a predicting and diagnosing software system for welding cracks has been developed under the compiling environment of Visual Basic, also the theory of artificial intelligence is developed in practice. The results show that the system has full functions and runs reliably, the accuracy of the system can satisfy the requirements of the welding engineering.
