Measurement and Statistical Analysis of Ethernet Network Induced Delay Based on Application Layer
Measurements of Ethernet round-trip network delay based on application layer in campus net are provided,and experiment data are analyzed.The results show that Ethernet delay based on application layer is self-similar,and its probability distribution function can be well approximated by Pareto distribution.
