Abstract
The general decoupling control system are suitable only for the time-invariant system.But if the coefficients of process mathematical model are changeable due to the disturbenccs,robust and decoupling control can be used.This parer gives a very simple design method of rabust and decoupling control system,which is shown that the effect is very good by a lot of physical experiments.
