Some Features in Biological Systems

Since biological system are the results of millions of years of evolution by natural selection.One mighthypothesize that these systems are optimar or suboptimal systems.In this paper,the hierachical control structures,realization of optimal and adaptive control,realization of reliability and the special anti-disturbance system of biological systems are described.Understanding these features will provide an enlightenment to engineering and other systems research.
