Abstract

In this paper, some models of conventional information retrieval are described firstly; also algorithms of those models are included and evaluated. Hierarchy structure of information retrieval is summarized subsequently. Lastly, research advances, key technologies and prospects are introduced, and some valuable problems are brought forward for further study.
