Principle and Application of Signal Preprocessing Technique Based on Correlated Accumulation

A new technique of signal preprocessing based on correlated accumulation and its application has been described in this paper.With this technique,improvement of more than 20 db in signal-to-noise ratio may be obtained and carrier frequency of a periodic signal "retarded" from 800—1200 times.All of these fascilitate tran-smiting,displaying and processing weak and small signals of relatively high frequencies.
