A Review of the Development of Simulation Computers

There is plenty of variety of simulation computers today.They include micro and mini-computers,superminicomputers,peripheral array processors and multiprocessing hybrid computers,peripheral array processors and multiprocessing hybrid computers.Peripheral array processor plays an important role in high speed digital simulation.In this paper,the major representatives of these kinds of computers are compared and their performances discussed in assessment.
