TEMPERATURE INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR QUENCHING FURNACE BASED ON ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION

  • The mathematic model of complex heat transfer of radiation and convection in the 24m large-scale moulding quenching furnace is introduced from the heat transfer point view in this article, and the radial temperature distribution is also calculated according to the different initial conditions. Based on the resolution, the control parameters for the intelligent temperature control system for the quenching furnace are modified and optimized. The constitution, control theory, and the design scheme for the intelligent system and the main process of the temperature distribution analysis are emphasized in this paper. The running results show that the temperature can be controlled within ±0.5%.
