Supply Chain Inventory-Transportation Optimal Model under Price Discount and Transportation Discount

The inventory-transportation optimal models for the supplier and the retailer before carrying out price discount and transportati on discount are discussed respectively. Then, the supply chain's inventory-transportation optimal model is built to meet the Pareto validity and to maximize the whole supply chain profit when carrying out price discount and transportation discount. An illustration is given to support the validity of the model.
