APPLICATION APPROACHES TO REENGINEERING AND CONCURRENT ENGINEERING IN INFORM ATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

  • The paper, first of all, presents the researches on how to use reengineering principle to systematically improve the IS developing process structure, shorten the IS development cycle, enhance the IS development efficiency and quality, and list the implemented steps. Next, taking concurrent into consideration as the same time, it presents the conception of concurrent software engineering and two models of IS development process, namely, the concurrent model based on waterfall rapid prototype model.
