STUDY ON VIRTUAL DESIGN SYSTEM FOR MEMS

The idea of constructing virtual reality based design system for MEMS is put forward and its solution is given in this paper. Designer can observe its shape and verify its function with this system; and then designer can acquire much information on device operation before real device is fabricated, therefore, efficiency of MEMS device fabrication can be improved greatly and its development cycle can be shorten as the consequently.
