  • In this paper,in view of carrying out a PDM system in Packing Department of Shanghai Jiahua Corporation,we analyse the composition and the duty of the personnel in this department,on the basis of which we establish the personnel pattern.By establishing the personnel pattern,we make clear the direction and stations at different level of the information flow;we set up the process of product information in perfect order;we standardize the duty and authority of all personnel.All of these provide effective support for the establishment of work process and product model.
