A Blast Burden Distribution Model Based on Information Fusion and Its Application

Distribution characteristics of blast furnace burden are presented and some factors that affect these characteristics are analysed.A burden surface distribution model is built by fusing the information of all operation parameters that affect the burden distribution characteristics.The model has been applied to a 2200m³ blast furnace in an iron and steel factory,to monitor the burden distribution of the blast furnace on line.
