Application of Wavelet Denoising Based Data Fusion Theory to Fin Stabilizers with Lift Force Feedback Control

Abstract
Fin-lift/fin-angle integrated control method is adopted in the servo system of fin stabilizers with lift force feedback control, which can modify the lift force feedback detection signal. The data fusion model is built based on wavelet denoising algorithm, and the different bandwidth information from the lift force and fin angle sensors are integrated to smooth out the redundant and contrary information. So the relatively integrated lift force signal is obtained by using complementary action of all information. The analysis on simulation results demonstrates the good anti-rolling performance by employing the data fusion model in control system in different sea conditions.
