A MODEL WITH MULTI-DISTRIBUTED CENTER AND STOCHASTIC CONTROL OF BULLWHIP EFFECT IN SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Bull whip is an important parameter to determine that supply chain management is good or not. Applying stochastic control principle and a dynamic inventory model of supply chain with multi-distributed center based on literature1, the bullwhip effect is restrained by taking the order as control variable. A simulation of petroleum distributed system is done, and the result shows that the bullwhip is reduced.
