A Predictive Model for the Process of Glutamic Acid Fermentation

This paper describes the theory and method of establishing the predictive model for the process of glutamic acid permentation with the information coming from the log-sheets of a 150M³ fermentor located in Shanghai Teanchu monosodium factory.Least-square method and Simplex method have been employed for parameters determination.The result of simulation shows that the predictive model established by authorsfits real plant dynamic behaviour quite well.
