A Controller Design Method for Networked Control Systems with Time-Varying Delays

This paper proposes a new method to design state feedback controller for networked control system(NCS)with time-varying delays.According to the delay-dependent stability condition of the control systems,a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee stability of the NCSs in terms of linear matrix inequalities.This design method is further extended to solve the design problem of robust control.Finally,a simulation example is given to(illustrate)the validity of the proposed method.
