The Application of a Proficient System and Indirect Model in PVC Industrial Batch Reactor

In this paper,based on polymerization mechanism and in accordance with thepresent conditions limited by the factory,an improved cascade control scheme,usinga expert system and an indirect control model,is proposed.This scheme and the felated devices have been successfully applied to the controlof an industrial PVC batch reactor and have achieved good results.
