Abstract

The most intersting problem on adaptive control theory during this time has been its robustness issue.It is now agreed by the adaptive control research community that the adaptive control algorithms can be modified so that they are robust to unmodelled dynamics.The robustness of MRAC and STR adaptive control systems is discussed and the expert control is also considered.
