UNIVERSAL BASIC-WEIGHT AND MOISTURE MODEL FOR PAPERMACHINES CONTROL—PART Ⅰ MODELLING OF PAPERMACHINES

Paper-making process is a complex process of mass and heat transfer.Many mathematic models of the process have been reported,but most of the works were concerned with special plants.In this pa- per,a"equivalent papermachine"is put forward.On the basis of it a mechanism analysis and identification combined method is used to build the universal basic-welght and moisture model.The model has a simple structure and can be applied to different papermachines.The universal model validity is tested and verified by three kinds of papermachines.
