MULTITARGET TRACKING ALGORITHM AND IMPLEMENTATION BASED ON DYNAMICAL PROGRAMMING

A multitarget tracking algorithm is designed for low signal-to-noise ratio datas acquired by infrared sensor array, which advantage is higher sensitivity to weak targets, robust to pulse interference and target acceleration. The algorithm integrates target detection, target tracking, and ground noise filtering in a single optimization procedure. A new trace-score function is designed and the dynamical programming procedure is extended to the interior frame searching.
