DYNAMIC SIMULATION METHODOLOGY OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES FOR OPERATOR TRAINING SIMULATOR

  • This paper proposes a multi-level simulation methodology of industrial processes for training simulators.In the simulation methodology, the industrial processes are composed of two parts, which are technological processes and control systems.The technological processes are divided into two levels, whichare network levels and equipment levels.The simulation methods of network models and equipment unitmodules are discussed respectively.Furthermore,the relationship of the simulation step of network model,equipment unitmodule and control system is analyzed.
