Abstract
The problem of achieving robust diagonal dominance of transfer function matrices with structured uncertainty is discussed in this paper. Based on the traditional pseudodiagonalization,robust pseudodiagonalization is presented;necessary and sufficient condition for achieving robust diagonal dominance is deduced. In final,an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
