Research on the Structure and Method of Production Planning and Scheduling for Cold-rolled Sheets Plant

According to the features of cold-rolled sheets plant such as product,business,production operation,equipment,etc.,the multi-level production planning and scheduling structure under 3-layer enterprise integration model is introduced.Also a control mechanism is used to establish the closed-loop optimization integration model for total process of enterprise business and production operation.At the same time,a detail classification research of optimal problems in enterprise production organization at different levels is given.Based on this work,further research and system development for enterprise application integration can be implemented in the future.
