Analysis and Improvement of Real-time Performance for DeviceNet Fieldbus

The DeviceNet is a low-price and high-performance fieldbus.It has been applied in lots of fields.The real-time performance of DeviceNet has been analyzed deeply.Based on the analysis,we have deduced the relation of bit time,transmission delay and sample time.By means of voltage jump and data compression,the performance of the network has been increased.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
