THE ESTIMATION METHOD OF OD TRIP MATRIX UNDER EQUILIBRIUM TRAFFIC STATE

In this paper, a new estimation method of origin-destination trip matrix from link traffic volumes under equilibrium traffic state is described. Combining wardrop equilibrium assignment model with maximizing entropy model, a iterative algorithm is put forward. The computation example shows that the result is satisfactory, having better convergence. Meanwhile the method makes it possible to realize on-line traffic control.
