AN ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NET MODEL AND ITS APPLICATION TO EXPERT SYSTEMS

An artificial neural net model is proposed in this paper. The multi-layer model based on perceptron and linear machine can be used to treat fuzzy classification problems. As a knowledge base, the model is applied to a production planning decision-making expert system with satisfactory results and has advantages over the previous one in learning ability, operation speed, adaptability to new problems and fault tolerance to input data.
