VENTURE CAPITAL AND INVESTMENT VENTURE ESTIMATION OF HIGH-TECH ENTERPRISES

The article studies the meaning and characteristics of Chinese venture capital, puts forward the synthesis judgment system of investment venture in High-tech Enterprises on the basis of whole analysis about it. We make certain weights by the analytic hierarchy process and the cluster analysis and character the venture by subjective probability. Furthermore, we establish the model of multi-element level fuzzy synthesis judgment about investment venture in High-tech Enterprises and carry out synthesis judgment using the tool of fuzzy math. At last, we realize science judgments of investment venture in High-tech Enterprises by demonstration operation.
