Abstract

This paper applies Rouche theorem to linear time-invariant system analysis and provides a stability criterion in inequality form for single-input single-output(SISO) systems.Meanwhile,this procedure is extended to multi-input multi-output(MIMO) systems and a sufficient condition of stability for multivariable systems is derived.All the discussion reveals that there is potentiality for Rouche theorem to be applied in system theory.
