CONTROL OF THE RESOURCES STARTING-UP OF FMS

This paper introduces a concept of time-delay of resources,forming a dynamic network for the description of FMS;gives an approach for calculating the eigen-value of the system from frequency domain viewpoint;studies the method of resource starting-up in dynamic sequencing;gives the condition for realizing optimal resources starting-up and the method for solving it.
