River Coding Algorithm Based on Surveyed River Network

An idea for coding the surveyed river directly is presented,and a river coding algorithm based on surveyed river is designed and implemented.Some difficult problems in river coding such as the double-line river transformation,river flow matching,and river network topology expressing are solved,so the practicability of river coding is improved.The algorithm presented in this paper is validated by coding the YangTze drainage area is test.
