Time Evaluation of Service Procedure and Task Scheduling Methods for Business Process

For the service time evaluation problem usually met in service process management,a time evaluation method for service execution is proposed based on prior information.On this basis,the methods scheduling every service instance in the service system dynamically are studied in order to improve the management quality of service process.The application conditions,the algorithm design and the executive steps of the methods are discussed in details.
