Abstract
A computer control system for industrial crystallization process of xylitol is designed.Turbidity instrument is used to precisely measure the time when crystals occur.Self-tuning fuzzy controller is developed to control the liquid temperature loop which lags too much.Multi-parameter correlated control strategy is carried out for operation under optimum schedule.Industrial application proves that the control system is highly automated and stable and can satisfy the process demand.
