Research and Development of Management Information System of Automated Storage and Retrieval System

Based on our country's of MIS(Management Information System) in AS/RS(Automated Storage and Retrieval System), the structure of MIS in AS/RS, and the relation among all kinds of information is illuminated. Besides, according to actual requirmerts of AS/RS, using visual C++6.0 and database technology, we develop a multi purpose MIS in AS/RS, which mainly fulfills the following ten functions:freight input management, freight output management,stock management,picking out freight and packing management,delivering management,decision making management,machine management,communication management,inquiry and index,report form printing.
