A STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF FLOW CONTROL AND BUFFER STRATEGY IN NETWORK TRANSMISSION

From the start for ensuring network transmission quality and developing network resource exploitation rate, this paper discusses and analysed the flow control and buffer strategy. The scheme considering both parts has been found between two aspects. The calculation of buffer time and end-to-end delay has been developed. Finally, the design procedures for user interface in network transmission has been given.
