STUDY OF HALL FOR WORK SHOP OF METASYNTHETIC ENGINEERING AND APPLICATIONS

Integrated collection ideology of qualitative and quantitative is advanced by famous scientist Qian Xue-sen. It is not only a nonobjective ideology system frame, but also a high intelligent human-computer combination system, which is combined with expert group, statistics data and information data and computer technology, it is the problem that combination of science theory and experience knowledge of human to exert integer advantage of integrated system to solve complex huge system, it is the methodology to study the river basin sustainable development, the river basin sustainable development is a sustainable development model that regard river basin as special area. This paper treats the river basin sustainable development as a whole, and puts forward the ideology of study on river basin sustainable development, on the base of the Hall for Work Shop of Metasynthetic Engineering system and combines the basic characteistics of river basin sustainable development system; the integrated system of river basin sustainable development system is established.
