Abstract
A two degree of freedom (2DOF) control method for time delay system is proposed.It combines Smith predictor with internal model control (IMC) and decouples the setpoint tracking response from disturbance rejection response.The proposed method gives very good dynamic response performance and robustness simultaneously.Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed control method.
