Abstract
In this paper, the design of robust strong-stabilizing controllers for uncertain time-delay linear systems is studied, where the uncertainty is time-varying, and does not satisfy matching conditions. By Riccati equation approach, the sufficient condition is presented for designing strong-stabilizing controllers. Finally, an example is given.
