ROBUST STABILZATION FOR OBSERVER-BASED TIME-DELAY UNCERTAIN SYSTEMS IN STATE AND CONTROL INPUT

  • In this note, we present a robust stabilization approach for observer-based time-delay uncertain systems in state and control input. The approach is completed by solving two Ricatti equations, and can be used easily to design systems where the uncertain satisfied the matching conditions. The approach has good application value in engineering.
