Product Design Process Management Based on Design Structure Matrix

Overlapping design is designed for incomplete dependent design, and simple iterative activities are decomposed to decrease interaction and waiting time. At the same time, a decomposition-integration method which based on dimension control is proposed as for complex coupled activities involving multiple iterations. Furthermore, a multi-parameter numerical structure matrix is designed to optimize the process management.
