Batch Planning and Scheduling of Steelmaking-Continuous Casting Based on Integrated Production

Based on the integrated production of iron and steel enterprises,the models of furnace charge plan and cast plan of steelmaking-continuous casting process are established,and solved by tabu search.Then,the basic principle of static scheduling is summarized for a steel plant with three converters,six refining equipments(three duplex RH plants, two CAS,one twin LF),and three continuous casting machines.Finally,the dynamic scheduling strategy of steelmaking-continuous casting based on integrated production is proposed,and the method combining rules,algorithms,mathematical models and human-computer interaction is used to solve the dynamic scheduling problem of steelmaking-continuous casting. The simulation experiment results show the feasibility of this method.
