Research and Application of Prediction and Intelligent Control Strategy for Burning through Point of Sintering Process

  • For the iron ore sintering process in a sintering plant,this paper establishes a soft-sensor measurement model of burning through point by exploiting the bellow temperature.A method for predicting the burning through point is proposed which employs the method of multiple fuzzy linear regressions.As a result,an intelligent control system for burning through point is designed based on fuzzy expert rules with forecast feed-forward compensation. The constitution and design method of the control system is presented,which has got excellent control results in practical applications.
